Hellooooo!!!!!!!! 60kg!!!

Oi gente!!! Que bom, 60kg!!!
Muito feliz!!! Estoy tan feliz!!! I'm sooo happy!!! Sono molto felice!!!

At work my friends have asked me what I've been doing to lose weight. I tell them that I stopped eating candy, I've done small meals every three, and I've worked out three times a week. Since August I've faced it more seriously since August. After a health check up a doctor advised me about the fact that it was a short step to diabetes. That was scary, I realized that I was putting my health totally aside so far. Well, I faced it as a wake up call and then I started taking care of myself, because if I did not do it, who else would do that for me?
